How it works

One contract. Four stages. No gaps to fall into.

Civil works and court supply are usually two suppliers blaming each other about the slab. We hold both, which is why the quote can separate them honestly instead of hiding one inside the other.

  1. 01
    Week 1

    Survey and design

Soil study, setting out, and a layout that fits the plot rather than the brochure. This is where a conversion gets caught early — a slab poured for tennis was not designed for padel wind loading.

  2. 02
    Weeks 2 to 8

    Civil works

Excavation, reinforced slab, perimeter drainage, electrical routing. Priced line by line and paid at the start, separately from the court.

  3. 03
    Weeks 9 to 11

    Court installation

Frame, glass, mesh, turf, net, lighting. Four courts ship per 40-foot container, so multi-court projects save real money on freight.

  4. 04
    Week 12

    Commissioning

Handover, playing-surface check against the FIP rules, and the complete as-built file. That date is what starts the warranty.

The eight start-up lines

Priced separately and visible one by one on your proposal. The figures below are our reference rates, before the regional multiplier.

  • Site survey and setting out$2,400per project
  • Earthworks and levelling$9,500per court
  • Reinforced concrete slab$21,000per court
  • Perimeter drainage$4,200per court
  • Electrical connection$5,800per court
  • Assembly and commissioning$7,500per court
  • Freight and offloading$6,400per court
  • Permits and engineering$3,800per project

What is in the start-up line

Eight items, each quoted separately and each visible on your proposal. Nothing is folded into the monthly, because the monthly covers the court and the court alone.

This separation is not a billing convenience. The court is equipment we lease to you; the slab and site works are works on your land. A quote that merges them stops you comparing anything.

Everything handled, from slab to first serve

Four jobs that are usually four suppliers. We hold all four, which is why nobody can point at somebody else when a date slips.

  • Activate

Opening events, tournaments and programming that put players on the courts from week one.

  • Support

Preventive and corrective maintenance, plus rackets, balls and gear, for the whole term.

Maintenance is in the rent, not in a separate contract

Turf care, structural checks, lighting, wear parts. Every court is kept at playing standard throughout the lease period — no service agreement to negotiate on the side, and no line that appears in year three.
