Estimate. Your quote depends on the site and on financing approval.
Four steps. You can have an in-principle answer before the site survey has even started.
Court count, model, city. We come back with a two-line quote: the court rent and the groundwork.
Your last two or three sets of accounts, a recent bank statement, ID for the director. Nothing else.
An answer usually comes back within 48 to 72 hours. Final approval follows the site survey.
The contract is signed, the works are scheduled, and the first payment leaves when the court is commissioned.

Rents start at $700 per court per month on a long-term lease, depending on the model. Site works — slab, excavation, drainage, power, installation — are quoted separately and paid at the start.
Around three months. A week for the site survey, six to seven weeks of groundwork, two to three weeks of installation, then handover. A multi-court project does not take much longer: it is the same mobilisation.
The groundwork. Excavation, slab, drainage, electrical supply, permits. We price them line by line before anyone starts, and you pay when the work is done. Everything else — structure, glass, turf, net, lighting, shipping, installation — is in the rent.

Yes, and it is the most common case. Each phase has its own contract, so adding two courts in two years does not reopen the first one. Multi-court projects also cost less per court: survey, mobilisation and permits are shared.
