This policy covers the data this website collects. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

What we collect
When you submit a request, we receive what you typed: name, company, email, phone if you give it, the state or province, the number of courts, the project type, and your message. If you used the simulator first, the inputs you set are attached to the request so our team sees the same numbers you saw.
We also record technical attribution: the page you arrived on, the referrer, and advertising click identifiers if you came from a paid campaign. These are truncated rather than rejected when they are unusually long, so a malformed identifier never causes a submitted request to be lost.
Using the simulator on its own collects nothing that identifies you. There is no email gate, and there never will be — a calculator you have to pay for with your address is not a calculator, it is a form.
Where it goes
Requests are stored in a Postgres database hosted by Supabase in a United States region, and a notification is emailed to our team through Resend. Both are processors acting on our instructions.
Analytics run through Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager, and are loaded only after you accept analytics cookies. Vercel Analytics collects aggregate page performance without cookies and without identifying visitors.
How long we keep it
Requests that become customers are kept for the life of the agreement plus the retention period our accountants require. Requests that go nowhere are deleted after 24 months.
Ask us to delete your data by writing to hello@padelleasing.com. We will confirm within 30 days. If we are keeping something because a contract or a tax rule requires it, we will tell you which.
Your rights
Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and other states with comprehensive privacy statutes may request access, correction, deletion, and a copy of their data, and may opt out of targeted advertising. Residents of Canada have equivalent rights under PIPEDA and provincial law, including Quebec's Law 25.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
