What an integrated offer actually means
Most padel projects run through two suppliers and a bank, and nobody owns the gap between them. The civil works contractor blames the court supplier for the slab tolerance, the court supplier blames the contractor, and the lender is not in the room for either conversation. We install the court, we write the lease, and we maintain the court for the whole term — which is the only reason the quote can separate those things honestly instead of hiding one inside the other.
It also changes what happens after opening day. A lender who financed equipment has no reason to care whether the turf is still playable in year four. We do, because the same contract that pays us obliges us to keep the court at playing standard until it ends.
How we get paid
Two cash flows, and they never mix. The court is leased long term — that is our margin, spread thin and earned slowly, and it carries preventive and corrective maintenance for the whole lease period. The civil works are quoted line by line and paid at the start, at cost plus a stated contracting margin that appears on your proposal.
We say it plainly because the alternative is worse for both of us. A supplier who folds the slab into the monthly payment looks cheaper on the first page and leaves you unable to compare anything. The court is equipment we lease to you. The slab is work on your land. They belong in different columns.
What we are not
Padel Leasing LLC is not a bank, not a financial adviser, and not an accountant. The simulator on this site prices a court against our own rate card. It does not know your balance sheet, your ground conditions, or what your local authority will ask for, and none of those are small variables.
Every figure we publish carries a source and a year. Where a number is a range rather than a point, we publish the range — a single figure would be easier to read and less true. The installation figures above describe the group’s track record to date, not a promise about your site.
